Hello! I am Melissa Griffin! I am an Enrolled Agent and owner of HB Financial Group located in Knoxville, TN! I have been in the tax field about 10 years and I have a passion for working with and helping other goal oriented individuals. Sharing my knowledge sets my soul on fire!
This passion is what drove me to create the Refund2Income tax preparer course! Learning tax laws and how to file returns can be such a LUCRATIVE income, some of my preparers earn $20k+ during the tax season!! This is working part time, when they want, Jan - April!

Your training is accessible online to work at your own pace. We also do live Q + As to answer any questions and go over material.
This online training is NOT just info to read through, but videos where I break down tax laws, tax forms, how to handle clients.. literally everything! I am here for any help you need in addition to the q+a sessions. You are never alone in this program! During tax season, I review all returns before they are efiled to ensure accuracy and compliance so no worries about messing anyones return up. Theres always a second set of eyes to help you!
Your training will earn you 18 hours of Continued Education credits reported to the IRS which will earn you the AFSP certificate and set you apart from other preparers!

You will learn and be given tools to market your services to help you obtain the BEST clients! We will teach you branding and social media, in person marketing and how to expand your reach! You will receive tools, verbiage, images etc to take your marketing to the next level and build trust from your audience.

Earned Unlimited Commission!
Our preparers continue to file with us year after year because of how lucrative this business is! There is NO cap on the money you are able to make and you decide when and how much you want to work! Our preparers earn 40% commission from their funded prep fees and we handle everything else! You have no other expenses other than training and obtaining your PTIN. Our preparers earn on average $3000-5000/mo working part time whenever they choose!

Once you complete your training and pass your test, you will be given access to software and bank products. Bank products allow you to offer refund advances and payment from refunds instead of upfront. You will have your own personal link for remote clients to upload their documents securely, or you can choose to file in person and even utilize our office space for in person clients. Once finished with the return, it will have a “second look” before efiled. Turnaround time is same typically same day.

This business is an investment into yourself! You aren’t signing up to work an hourly position or the downfalls that come with it. You are an independent contractor able to work when you want, where you want and how much you want. I could hire a staff and pay a lot less out, but i want to empower others to create an income they control. Investing into yourself will drive you a lot further than any FREE info out there you could find. My preparers can make their investment back with 1-2 returns and anything else after that is straight profit. We handle all the fees, costs, and expenses other than your training and PTIN.

You are marketing for your clients, we will teach you how to do this so if you are new to marketing, you will have tons of help, tips and support! Literally almost everyone has to file taxes, so finding clients is super easy! Our brand has great reviews, great referrals and is known for trustworthy filing. We run ads on all platforms as well to help our team with marketing.

Our preparers have earned over $100k in commissions just in the last two years! Its completely up to you and what you put into this! Ive had preparers come in and make $8k-10k their first season (Jan- April) working part time hours. The more you market and share with your audience, the more you will earn. We pay out twice a month on all prep fees funded. You will receive your funds direct deposit along with a pay sheet showing who you were paid for and how much.

The only equipment this will require is you to have a computer or laptop (with the numerical pad) and secure internet access. I will provide everything else! You can opt to print out business cards etc to help with your marketing, we even have templates for these you can personalize and use. We strive to make everything super streamlined so you can focus on learning and earning!
